Bicheno Bush Camp

Bicheno Bush Camp is located in Bicheno on the sunny East Coast of Tasmania. Bicheno Bush Camp is located a short 5km drive from the Bicheno town centre, and 5km from the Douglas Apsley National Park and 2km from the popular Dennison beaches. The camping space is easy to access, with flat ground and some trees for shade. There are lots of Wallabies and natural wildlife. Fires are permitted with the hosts happy to interact with you if this is your preference. There are no amenities on site – campers must be self-contained (Recreational Vehicles only) and leave no trace. No pets are permitted. Campers are welcome to pick their own spot on the 8-acre property.  Bicheno is a family seaside holiday town with lots to see and do, good accommodation, excellent fishing and close to wildlife. There’s plenty to do on dry land as well, with popular penguin tours that let you get up close – really close – to fairy penguins at dusk and scenic walks to Rocking Rock, the Blowhole and along the sandbar to Diamond Island Nature Reserve.
