Blumont Roadside Stop Nabowla

This is an RV Friendly free camping overnight rest area provided by the local council with no facilities or amenities. Pets are OK, you must be fully self contained as this is essentially an old roadside stop. There are no bookings and no costs. Nabowla is one of those small Tasmanian localities that has a much richer history than its size suggests. Today it’s a quiet farming district in the Dorset municipality, about 16 km west of Scottsdale, with a population of 131 recorded in the 2021 Census.
