Campground Preston Tasmania Arrownest North West Acres in North West Coast of Tasmania, close to Preston, Gunns Plains, Leven Canyon and the coastal town of Ulverstone. This private 20-acre affords stunning views and a dam for swimming and kayaking, and where you will find platypus. Campers need to be self-contained as this private campground doesn’t have any facilities. This campground is family friendly and close to many location attractions including Gunns Plains Caves, Preston Waterfall, Leven Canyon, and Cradle Mountain. Visitors to Arrownest Acres Campground can go bushwalking, bird watching and visit the Wings Wildlife Park. The site features a large grassy paddock with ready access, and a large shady tree and spring water from a tap nearby. Pets are welcome, but must be kept on leads and under control at all times. Campers must carry all their own food and equipment and their own portable toilet. Campfires are permitted when restrictions aren’t in place.
